Only three

Strange only to be pulling three beetroot instead of four. These little reminders that I now have a son away at university pop up in the most unexpected places.

So poignant, Linda! It is the little things that remind us of the big changes that sweep through our lives.

I have to go pull mine now. You have me curious. The last time I tried they were so very small. Planted them too late. Your three look very good. Your going to starve if you planned living on those.

What a sweet post, Linda. He'll always be your little boy no matter how far away he is.

Hi Linda, funny how some things hit us at the strangest times and what prompts them. When I first read 'only 3' I thought something dreadful (as in a bug) had taken hold of your beetroot!
